We do not offer refunds or cash returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will gladly offer an exchange after verification of the issue.

Customers must report any issue within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting us with clear pictures or videos of the product. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
